Kimberly Mehler Designs Mural for Keswick Ave

Kimberly Mehler (ACG ’11), working with the combined efforts of Abington and Cheltenham townships’ EAC committees and community volunteers, has developed and designed a concept for a mural for the SEPTA overpass on Keswick Avenue in Glenside. As Glenside straddles both townships, and is sponsored by the Environmental committees, the concept is about connected communities and green space. Two trees with intertwining branches and roots represent the townships uniting together. She will be leading a team of volunteers in early June to complete the project. This project is partially funded by a grant from the PA Cultural Alliance.
