Accounting and Taxes: Led by Jerry Kellner, a registered CPA in PA and NY, President of Kellner & Associates, P.C., and Kellner Capital Management, Inc. Kellner handles all forms of issues related to accounting – taxes, financial planning, business structures and business accounting, both for profit and non-profit. Business Strategy and Legal: Baer Crossey is a law firm that practices technology, intellectual property and business law. It represents startups and growing companies, as well as middle market and Fortune 500. Its areas of specialty include: forming a company, the legal implications of collaboration, legal issues connected to financing, and protection of creative ideas. Web Design and Programming: Rucyl Mills specializes in finding solutions for creating, and maintaining, an effective web presence, with emphasis on content management and utilizing social media tools. She taught last fall’s Web Design Studio class at University of the Arts. She has a Bachelors of Science in New Media from New School University, a Masters degree in Interactive Telecommunications from New York University, and is also a multimedia/sound artist.
