To give you some general highlights on what you can expect from Gender Reel Fest in the future:
1) They will be showing close to 30 films
2) They will be featuring close to 20 artists/photographers, including 3 video installations
3) Their Friday, September 9 Opening Reception includes spoken word and an artist SpeakOUT
4) They are also sponsoring an off-site installation at the Eastern State Penitentiary on Sunday, September 11
5) There will be a keynote address by NYC Trans Activist Pauline Park, along with various other Q&A’s.
