Starting January 4, 2010, the Taylor Lock Company Artist Cooperative will be offering brand new fully renovated loft spaces rent free to artists in Philadelphia. Grantees will have 24 hour access and be able to fully practice/develop/operate their craft or enterprise in any way they desire. In exchange for one year’s free rent in the “Arts on Lock” building, the Grantee will give hands on instruction to local children, teenagers and young adults in their field of expertise.
