Philadelphia Asian American Film Festival (October 24-30, 2008,
Philadelphia, PA) – For feature and short films created by, starring,
and/or about Asian Americans – films that explore the Asian American
identity and experience, films that are distinctively independent,
mainstream, introspective, hilarious, action-packed, spine-tingling,
and romantic while defying categorization and expectations. Works may
have been completed in any year, may originate anywhere, and may have
distribution. No premiere requirement. FEE: $20-$35.
